The main roundabout at the entrance to the residential area of Gea i Trujols featured a floating Corten steel ring sculpture. Our landscape architecture director was commissioned to design a unique landscape intervention that would integrate the sculpture into a plant composition.
The proposed solution consisted of inserting a massive wooded area into the roundabout to link it with the nearby mountain environment, although instead of pines we have opted to use noble species of conical conifers to suggest a Scandinavian atmosphere that effectively dialogues with the Mediterranean landscape.
Once again, International Landscape Agency has integrated the care and improvement of the landscape with proper environmental management and sustainability, integrating in a single action the corporate visual impact with the preservation of the anthropological and cultural memory of the locus amoenus in which we have interacted for landscape integration.
